Campaign Description
The Kashti Foundation provides vocational and skill training programs designed to transform underprivileged rural and urban slum communities into a skilled workforce. By establishing dedicated vocational training centers, the foundation ensures that the poor have access to technical education and guidance in life skills. These initiatives are a core part of the foundation's holistic development model, which integrates skill building with functional literacy and food assistance to address the root causes of poverty. To ensure maximum accessibility, all specialized trainings—ranging from computer literacy to para-medical skills—are provided entirely free of cost.
The primary purpose is to provide disadvantaged children and poor individuals with the training and life skills necessary to become useful members of society and part of a skilled workforce.
The foundation is authorized to conduct a wide variety of sessions, including: Vocational and para-medical training . Computer training . Human resource and youth development . Enterprise development and poverty reduction training .
